Hike along the Long Trail or the Appalachian Trails as part of the Inn to Inn program or on your own

• Check out the many waterfalls, gorges and swimming holes including Thundering Brook Falls, Quechee Gorge, Texas Falls, Warren Falls, Moss Glen Falls, Buttermilk Falls, Bartlett Falls, Dorset Quarry, Bully Brook Cascade and Clarendon Gorge with its Swinging Bridge all within an hour’s drive.

• Kayak at the Chittenden Reservoir, Lefferts Pond and Kent Pond (Bring your own watercraft or rent from Reservoir Dawgs.)

• Ski (Alpine or Cross-Country) at area ski resorts including Pico and Killington or the trails at Mountain Top Resort

• Fly fishing with Orvis certified guide, Randy McGuiness.
